Current Situation
Situation Summary
Firefighters are making good progress on the fire. Fire crews have made access and are establishing containment lines. Firefighers will be working throughout the night strengthening control lines and moping up hot spots.
Firefighters made excellent progress overnight. Lower temperatures and increased humidity helped crews to hold containment lines. Today, firefighters will continue to improve and secure containment lines while mopping up hot spots within the perimeter of the fire. Final acreage was mapped at 20 acres.
