Current Situation
Situation Summary
No growth has occurred on the McKinney Fire. Crews along with heavy equipment are working to repair contingency lines to level out the landscape and pile debris removed during suppression activities. Suppression repair work is ongoing across the fire and includes assessing hazardous trees and felling trees which pose a threat to areas where firefighters are working and in public access areas. The Townsend Fire, the Yellowjacket Fire, and the Thompkins Fire are all contained. The Hamburg fire remains in patrol status.
