Current Situation

Situation Summary

Minimal fire activity on the Electra Fire is expected, with smoldering along the unburned fingers and islands. Smoke production has diminished due to fire suppression efforts. Firefighters continue to mop-up hot spots.

Road Closures

Amador County Road Closures

  • Eastbound Electra Road at Hwy 49. Tabeaud Road at Ponderosa Lane, Gold Strike Road at Tabeaud Road and Clinton Bar Road at Tabeaud Road.

Calaveras County Road Closures

  • Highway 26 and lower Dorray Road and Highway 26 one half mile west of Rich Gulch Road.
