Current Situation
Situation Summary
Forward progress of the fire was stopped at 9:50 p.m. and it is now 10% contained, holding at 403 acres. Firefighters will remain at scene overnight working on fortifying control lines & beginning the process of mopping up. Expect a heavy presence of firefighters in the area for several days.
The damage inspection process will begin Saturday.
