Tsunami may arrive in San Francisco bay area at approximately 1200 on 12/5/2024. Tsunami warnings mean that a tsunami with significant inundation is possible or is already occurring. Tsunamis are a series of waves dangerous many hours after initial arrival time. The first wave may not be the largest. The Berkeley Police Department announced through Nixle there's an evacuation order in West Berkeley. People are being told to stay east of 7th St.
