Current Situation
Situation Summary
Firefighters worked through the night to improve and implement containment lines and mop up. They have made good progress and will remain at scene through the day. Wind and terrain played a significant role in the spread of the fire which burned in the grass, south of Hwy 152 moving east into Merced County.
