Situation Summary

Fire continues to be fueled by brush, grasses and dead timber, contributing to an increase of fire intensity. Firefighters are working in steep, challenging terrain as they continue to strengthen containment lines. Warm and dry conditions are expected to continue today with afternoon winds bringing an increase of potential fire activity.

The public is reminded that flying drones over the incident area is prohibited as it can ground vital air resources. If you fly, we can't.
