Current Situation
Situation Summary
Due to more precise mapping, the fire is now 18.73 acres. Overnight, crews will take advantage of the lighting conditions to identify and mitigate any hot spots on the interior of the fire, while continuing to strengthen control lines. Thick and heavy fuels, along with steep terrain are making mop-up on the fire a challenge.
