Firefighters made strong progress overnight, with hand crews cutting line around the fire perimeter and continuing today to strengthen containment lines. Evacuation WARNINGS remain in place, and residents are urged to stay alert and follow official instructions. No injuries have been reported.

A lane closure is in effect for the #2 Southbound lane on Sierra Avenue to allow access for fire resources and equipment. Please use caution when re-entering the area, as crews and heavy equipment remain active.
